- Service Revenue, divided by the time appropriated for the relevant client
- Top 10 problem devices
- Top 10 support demanders
The returns list allows you to easily see the revenue per client. Is the converted hourly rate below the standard rate then we can easily see whether this is a structural or incidental situation. This way you can act based on facts.
