What is Computicate Business Automation about? Computicate Business Automation is a Business Automation process and tool created specifically for Managed Service Providers and IT Service Providers. Computicate automates the entire workflow 'from quote to cash'.
How does it work? Computicate is a SaaS platform, Once you've signed up we will give you access to our onboarding portal to guide you through our process. We will also arrange access to our automation platform. After a few weeks, we will perform your first business KPI review!
What's the mission? To provide small and medium-sized MSPs and IT service providers access to business automation, automatic time tracking, automated billing, and business KPI's without complex and expensive implementation and training.
Does it integrate with accounting systems? Computicate has native integrations with Quickbooks Online, Sage, Xero, and Freshbooks. Additionally, you will be able to integrate with other accounts systems through Zapier.
Do you offer a customer portal? Yes we do, you can create as many logins for your customers as you like. They will have ticket and invoice access depending on the role you give them. Customers can also use the mobile apps.
Do you charge extra for new integrations? No we do not. Any additional option or feature that we add, will be available to all our users at no additional cost.
Are you HIPAA compliant? Yes we are and we will provide a BAA or SAC on request.
Are you GDPR compliant? As a business with precense in the EU we are bound to GDPR regulations like any other business. We will provide a data processing agreement on request.
Will you provide training for my team? In most cases your team will find their way in Computicate fairly easily. But when needed we will provide a training for your team, for free.
Who is this made for? Computicate Business Automation is made specifically for Managed Service Providers and IT Service Providers that sell IT services based on any billing arrangement like time & materials, fixed price, block hours or retainers.
Does it integrate with RMM tools? Computicate integrates with all the major market-leading RMM tools like Ninja RMM, Continuum, Datto RMM, Solarwinds N-central, Solarwinds RMM, and Panorama 9
Do you charge for onboarding? We offer several packages for onboarding. Our goal is to make sure that you get properly onboarded and get value out of Computicate. Because of that, we offer this onboarding and consulting package which includes KPI review calls and additional guidance.
What other integrations do you have? Computicate also integrates with the Microsoft CSP program for automatic billing. We also integrate with Stripe and PayPal so you can send payment links along with your invoices. And we integrate with Zapier, giving you access to connect to over 2000 applications.
Do you integrate with my calendar? Every Computicate user can configure the integration with the Office 365 calendar to enable a bi-directional sync.
Where do you store my data? Computicate is hosted on the Microsoft Azure platform. Our US customers are hosted in Central US. EU customers are hosted in the Amsterdam hosting site and APAC customers are hosted in Sydney.
What is your uptime? Our average uptime is above 99%. We put out releases on a regular basis (mostly every 2 weeks) and these updates are performed in a service window outside business hours.
How long does it take to onboard Computicate Business Automation? Our platform is designed as easy to adopt and use. After importing data, on average our customers are up and running in 1 week day.
Where do you guys come from? We've started and built an MSP just like you. We love MSPs and working with them to build a great business. Our HQ is based in Rotterdam, Holland and we have a satellite office in Miami, USA.
